Leon Victor Mougenot *1854-ca.1954. worked for Jombar, Hill and Blanchard.
Léon Mougenot first studied with É. Laurent and from 1887 to 1894 with Georges Mougenot in Brussel. He then worked in Lyon, Paris and then for W.E. Hill & Sons. Around 1900 he returned to Mirecourt and founded his own, larger company.
